Yes. We offer hourly support packs or SLAs depending on model complexity and operational
criticality. Details are set in the proposal.
Bank transfer, purchase orders and international payments (USD/CLP). Taxes and
withholdings per local law are detailed in the proposal.
Deliverables are yours for internal use once paid. OneBrain’s pre-existing
software and know-how remain our IP (see TOS).
